When & where do I show up?

ALL the volunteers will show up at 8:30am on Sunday, April 30, at Neighborhood Church (5505 W. Riggin Avenue, 93291). We will have a short worship time together and then carpool to our project sites. We will serve from 9am-12pm and then come back to Neighborhood Church for a picnic lunch.

Will there be food?

Yes!!! We will have a lunch at 12pm at Neighborhood Church and kids (and adults too!) can play on the playgrounds and use the fields. Feel free to bring a picnic blanket and outdoor games with you.

What will we be doing? We will be working on special projects to improve the café and make it a more welcoming place for everyone in our community to gather. The 210 Cafe is run by First Presbyterian Church as a ministry to the community. 210 seeks to be a safe and welcoming place where people of all backgrounds can gather and find common ground.  You can volunteer throughout the year in the cafe, the kitchen or at special events and concerts. Contact the 210 Café to find out more (739-9010).
